Bookkeeping is the financial memory of the business. A company may have sales, purchases, salaries, bank movements and tax invoices every day, but without a disciplined accounting cycle the owner cannot know the real profit, cash position or liabilities. Our work begins by understanding the activity, the trade licence, bank accounts, VAT status and the way invoices are issued and collected.
We build a practical chart of accounts, record transactions, reconcile banks, classify expenses, follow payables and receivables, and close each month with supporting documents. The objective is not merely to enter data into software; it is to create books that can be relied on by management, auditors and tax advisors.
Under the UAE Commercial Companies Law, every company must keep accounting records that show its financial position and keep those records for at least five years after the end of the financial year. This makes organized bookkeeping a compliance requirement as well as a management tool.
